a sweet little guy

This little guy was SO wonderful. Sleeping SO well….and i just LOVE black and white newborn photos. I like a softer look to my newborn photos so it reminds people of how calm and sweet newborns can be. Its probably the only time in their life you think this (ha ha…unless they’re sleeping)….but isn’t he just BEAUTIFUL???

3 boys = lots of laughs

It was a TAD bit windy this day but these three cousins were SOOOO dang cute!!! We played outside for a little, then decided to go in to let the little guy ‘do his thing’ and i could get some good shots of him(the wind was just too much for him…..think baby gasping everytime the wind blows in their face…yeah, thats what was going on)…and his older two cousins just made him LAUGH so hard!!!

I absolutely LOVE this face…omg makes me giggle!

And THIS has to be the most HILARIOUS shot ever!!! Its like baby just KNEW to make a silly face. What a hoot!!

oh my gosh!!! 9 months already!!!

I can’t believe how big this little guy is getting!!! Oh my goodness!!! I have been photographing him since he was 3 months old and I am shocked each time I see him how big he is getting!!! Isn’t he just a lady killer

Little tiny baby parts…..

Oh how I miss the little itty bitty fingers, toes, ears of a little baby. So I get SO excited when I get to photograph one. I get my little “baby fix” that holds me off until the next newborn session. This little girl was WIDE AWAKE for most of her session…but she was SO quiet(except for the little bit of screaming she did….).

Kitchen Cuties

I just loved the country kitchen cabinets when I got to this house, so we rearranged the kitchen a little to take some beautiful pictures. Aren’t these two so cute?? We photographed their mom and dads wedding(when they only had ONE little girl) and then I was so excited when I got a phone call to photograph the NEW addition too I loved meeting her and also seeing her older sister again too….she made my heart melt the first time i met her, and she did this time too!!

Last snow post for a while…..

Here is the LAST session from my senior that did the summer session, fall session and winter session. It was a lot of fun and gave me a new option for my senior sessions!! Though shooting in the COLD is numbing to the fingers…lol….after she got ALL COVERED in the snow, she remembered she’d forgotten to bring a change of clothes for the ride home. I hope she didn’t get too soggy before she got home!!!

Remember when…..

We had ALL THIS SNOW???? (Yep, i’ve still got a few session from SNOW that I am going to post in the next few days just to REMIND you of how LOVELY the springtime is!! HAHA!!) I’m sure these girls do….we couldn’t play long outside…it was pretty cold and windy…which just makes me so glad to have spring here even more!!!

Playroom fun

I think EVERY little one at first is a little afraid of me…lol…like who is this person coming into my home and WHAT is going on? Then the more I play with them, the more comfortable and SILLY I become to them. THEN eventually I am not the new amusing toy anymore! HA HA HA!!!
This little guy I have photographed since birth and AMAZES me everytime I see him. He is getting SO big. And I just LOVE his playroom! I could have hung out with him all day….such a sweetheart!!!

From bump to baby…..

I had so much fun with these two(then three)….maternity session was fabulous..i LOVE maternity sessions…a big round belly is so beautiful! THEN baby was born and I was asked to come back and photograph her….OH MY GOSH SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!…It took a little extra time (wink, wink) but we finally got this girl sleeping(ALL OF MY TRICKS WERE NOT WORKING!!! LOL!!!)…and as you see her two older (cough, cough) siblings got in a photo too!!
